Jamie Gold, BA, LLB and MBA brings over 20 years of legal experience to a diverse variety of clients since being called to the bar in Ontario in 1992. Jamie has been a partner at one of Toronto’s leading business litigation boutique firms, in-house counsel to established and entrepreneurial companies, and co-founder of and counsel to a start-up which developed, made and sold eco-friendly laundry soap from berries.

His experience as litigation and in-house counsel and also as a client led him to identify a need for cost-effective, flexible and responsive legal services for small to medium size companies. Jamie understands that SME’s do not need and cannot afford full time in-house counsel or full service law firms, but want and require this valuable experience and expertise to effectively run and operate their businesses.
